Chichester Festival Theatre

Supporting the next generation of theatre makers

Investing in potential. Creating opportunities.

At the heart of our partnership with Chichester Festival Theatre is the Future Theatre Makers programme for emerging creatives.

Designed to identify and support talented theatre makers at a pivotal stage in their careers, the programme provides mentoring, industry connections, development opportunities and practical support to help artists take the next step in their creative journey.

Future Theatre Makers exists because talent alone is not always enough. Many emerging artists have the ideas and ambition, but not always the time, resources or support needed to bring those ideas to life.

By creating opportunities for new voices to be heard, the programme is helping to shape the future of theatre.

When we invest in creativity, confidence and opportunity, the impact extends far beyond today - creating a legacy that can shape future generations.

Meet our Future Theatre Maker

TrinityBridge is currently supporting Chloe Bradbury through the Future Theatre Makers programme.

Chloe is an emerging theatre maker and co-founder of Little Wild Theatre, a company dedicated to supporting children's wellbeing through immersive theatrical experiences inspired by the natural world.

"The first five years are more pivotal for the development of health and happiness than any other moment in our lifetime."

Little Wild Theatre

For Chloe and co-founder Georgie, theatre is more than entertainment.

It is a way of helping children understand themselves, express emotions and build confidence in who they are.

At its heart, Little Wild Theatre is about helping children discover that their feelings matter, their voice matters and their imagination matters.

Investing in potential

One of the themes that emerged throughout our conversations with Chichester Festival Theatre and Little Wild Theatre was the importance of investing in potential before success is guaranteed.

Paul Morley, Senior Investment Director at TrinityBridge and keen supporter of CFT had a chat with Sophie Hobson, Creative Associate at Chichester Festival Theatre, exploring the parallels between supporting emerging artists and helping people plan for the future.

TrinityBridge really believe in us and have provided the time, space and resources to bring our ideas to fruition

Creating opportunities

The impact of Future Theatre Makers extends far beyond the artists it supports. Through Little Wild Theatre, creativity becomes a tool for wellbeing, confidence, connection and self-expression.

Whether it's a child discovering confidence, a young person finding their voice, or an artist turning an idea into reality, these moments can have a lasting impact.

We are supporting Chloe and Georgie's next chapter by funding a dedicated two-week research and development process for their new production, Foreverland. The support provides the time, space and resources needed to develop and test new ideas inspired by their work with children and families.

It's a huge, exciting and pivotal moment for us
